Orders and availability
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. We may contact you to confirm availability, delivery details, and the final payable amount before dispatch. If an item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or cancel that item.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Bangladeshi taka unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown during checkout. Cash on delivery is subject to service availability and successful order confirmation.
Delivery and returns
Delivery estimates are indicative and can be affected by location, courier operations, weather, or public holidays. Please inspect your order promptly and contact us within seven days if an item is damaged, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for return. Food products must remain sealed unless the issue could only be discovered after opening.
